How can I return my order?
To return your order simply email us at email@example.com. We will send you the return address and any further applicable information.
- Please include your order number which you can find in the confirmation email we sent you when you originally ordered. If you no longer have your order number please include your full name and address.
- Standard return shipping costs will be included in the refund provided that you email a copy of the receipt. If you cannot provide a receipt we will not be able to cover the return costs.
- Your refund will be processed when we receive the returned item(s). Please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to appear into your account.
Can I cancel my order?
- If you have not yet paid for your order simply email us that you would like to cancel.
- If you have already paid you can cancel your order as long as we haven’t already shipped it. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
- If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return shipping information.
